Welcome to AVP Spiritual Cab Service. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Reservations

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. We recommend confirming your booking in advance to ensure service.

• Bookings can be made via phone, email, or website.
• Cab services are available 24/7 unless notified otherwise.
• Advance payments may be required for outstation or long-distance trips.

2. Pricing & Payments

• All fares are calculated per km as indicated on our website or during booking.
• Prices are inclusive of GST but exclude tolls, parking, or other charges unless specified.
• Payment can be made via cash, UPI, or online banking.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations must be informed at least 2 hours prior for local trips, 24 hours for outstation trips.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our cancellation policy.

4. Service Conditions

• Passengers must follow safety rules and driver instructions.
• AVP Spiritual Cab is not responsible for any personal belongings left in the cab.
• Misbehavior or violation of terms may result in service refusal.

5. Liability

AVP Spiritual Cab is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the ride.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected for booking will only be used to provide the cab service and for communication purposes.

7. Modifications

AVP Spiritual Cab reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
